Technical Lead / Construction Administration

Bud Creative is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Landscape Architect who resonates with our values.  This role is crucial in ensuring our projects are delivered at a level that exceeds expectations.  This candidate is an individual with advanced technical experience, focused on construction documentation, construction administration, code compliance and a proven collaborator. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction administration for upcoming and current projects under construction

• Ensure quality control for construction documentation

• Contribute to raising the bar within our design process, continually pushing our standards to improve and implement creative, effective and sustainable solutions

• Collaborate closely with our team, clients and contractors

Requirements:

• A professional degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields

• 12+ years of experience in landscape architecture projects, with significant exposure to the sectors of work we emphasize

• Proven expertise in construction administration, construction documentation, and quality control

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and/or Land F/X, MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore and other relevant design software. 

• Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel as projects demand
